سياسة إلغاء الطلبات

يمكن للعميل طلب إلغاء الطلب قبل شحنه أو دخوله مرحلة التجهيز النهائي.

الإلغاء قبل الشحن

يمكن إلغاء الطلب دون رسوم إذا لم يتم شحنه أو تجهيز خدمة خاصة مرتبطة به.

عند إلغاء طلب مدفوع مسبقاً، تتم إعادة المبلغ وفق سياسة استرداد الأموال.

الإلغاء بعد الشحن

بعد تسليم الطلب إلى شركة التوصيل، قد لا يكون الإلغاء المباشر ممكناً. ويمكن للعميل رفض الاستلام أو تقديم طلب إرجاع وفق السياسة المعتمدة.

قد تخصم رسوم الشحن أو إعادة الشحنة إذا لم يكن سبب الإلغاء خطأ من جاهز ستور.

الطلبات التي قد لا يمكن إلغاؤها

قد لا يقبل الإلغاء بعد بدء تجهيز:

1. المنتجات المطلوبة بمواصفات خاصة.
2. المنتجات التي تم تفعيلها أو تسجيلها.
3. خدمات التركيب التي تم تنفيذها.
4. الطلبات التي تم شحنها بالفعل.
5. معاملات التقسيط التي تحتاج موافقة الجهة الممولة على الإلغاء.

إلغاء الطلب من جانب جاهز ستور

قد نلغي الطلب في الحالات الآتية:

1. نفاد المنتج.
2. وجود خطأ واضح في السعر أو المواصفات.
3. تعذر التحقق من معلومات العميل.
4. فشل عملية الدفع.
5. عدم توفر التوصيل إلى العنوان.
6. الاشتباه بعملية احتيال أو طلب وهمي.
7. وجود ظروف خارجة عن السيطرة تمنع تنفيذ الطلب.

إذا كان الطلب مدفوعاً، تتم إعادة المبلغ المستحق إلى العميل.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation before an order is shipped or enters final preparation.

Before Shipment

An order may be cancelled without charge where it has not been shipped and no special service or customization has begun.

Prepaid cancellations are refunded in accordance with the Refund Policy.

After Shipment

Once an order has been transferred to the delivery company, immediate cancellation may not be possible. The customer may refuse delivery or request a return under the applicable policy.

Delivery or return-shipping fees may be deducted where the cancellation is not caused by an error by Jahiz Store.

Orders That May Not Be Cancelled

Cancellation may not be available after preparation begins for:

1. Custom or specially ordered products.
2. Activated or registered products.
3. Completed installation services.
4. Orders already shipped.
5. Installment transactions requiring approval from the financing provider.

Cancellation by Jahiz Store

We may cancel an order because of:

1. Product unavailability.
2. An obvious price or specification error.
3. Inability to verify customer information.
4. Payment failure.
5. Delivery unavailability.
6. Suspected fraud or misuse.
7. Events outside our reasonable control.

Where the order has been paid, the eligible amount will be refunded.
