باستخدام جاهز ستور أو إنشاء حساب أو تقديم طلب، فإنكم توافقون على هذه الشروط، إضافة إلى سياسة الخصوصية وسياسات الإلغاء والإرجاع والاسترداد والشحن المنشورة في منصاتنا.
يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة وكاملة عند إنشاء الحساب أو تقديم الطلب. ويتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية المحافظة على سرية بيانات الدخول والنشاطات التي تتم من خلال حسابه.
يجب على المستخدم غير البالغ استخدام خدمات المتجر بموافقة وإشراف ولي الأمر أو الوصي القانوني.
نبذل جهداً لعرض صور المنتجات ومواصفاتها وأسعارها بصورة دقيقة. وقد تختلف الألوان أو العبوات بصورة بسيطة عن الصور المعروضة.
تعرض الأسعار بالدينار العراقي ما لم يذكر خلاف ذلك. وتظهر رسوم التوصيل أو التركيب أو الخدمات الإضافية قبل تأكيد الطلب.
في حال وجود خطأ واضح في السعر أو المواصفات أو توفر المنتج، يحق لنا التواصل مع العميل لتأكيد المعلومات الصحيحة أو إلغاء الطلب وإعادة المبلغ المدفوع.
إرسال الطلب لا يعني قبوله نهائياً. يصبح الطلب مؤكداً بعد التحقق من توفر المنتج والسعر ومعلومات العميل ووسيلة الدفع.
تشمل وسائل الدفع المتاحة، بحسب المنتج والمنطقة:
تخضع عمليات التقسيط لموافقة وشروط المصرف أو الجهة الممولة.
تخضع المنتجات المشمولة بالضمان إلى شروط الشركة المصنّعة أو الوكيل أو مركز الصيانة المعتمد. وقد يطلب من العميل تقديم الفاتورة أو بطاقة الضمان للاستفادة من الخدمة.
لا يشمل الضمان عادةً الأعطال الناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام أو الكسر أو السوائل أو الكهرباء غير المناسبة أو الإصلاح لدى جهة غير معتمدة.
يحظر استخدام منصات جاهز ستور في الطلبات الوهمية، أو الاحتيال، أو استخدام وسيلة دفع دون تصريح، أو محاولة اختراق المنصة، أو نسخ محتواها دون موافقة.
يجوز لنا تعليق الحساب أو إلغاء الطلب عند الاشتباه بإساءة الاستخدام أو مخالفة القوانين.
جميع حقوق اسم وشعار وتصميم ومحتوى جاهز ستور مملوكة للمتجر أو مرخصة له، ولا يجوز استخدامها تجارياً دون موافقة خطية.
تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين النافذة في جمهورية العراق. ونسعى أولاً إلى حل أي شكوى بصورة ودية من خلال خدمة العملاء، مع احتفاظ العميل بحقه في مراجعة الجهات الرسمية أو المحاكم المختصة.

By using Jahiz Store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy, Cancellation, Return, Refund, and Shipping Policies.
Customers must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. Users are responsible for protecting their login details and for activities conducted through their accounts.
Users below the legal age must use the Store with the approval and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
We take reasonable steps to display accurate product images, specifications, prices, and availability. Product colors or packaging may vary slightly from the displayed images.
Prices are shown in Iraqi dinars unless otherwise stated. Delivery, installation, and additional service charges will be disclosed before order confirmation.
If an obvious error occurs in the price, description, or availability, we may contact the customer to confirm the corrected information or cancel the order and issue an applicable refund.
Submitting an order does not constitute final acceptance. An order is confirmed after product availability, price, customer details, and payment are verified.
Available payment methods may include:
Installment purchases are subject to approval and terms established by the bank or financing provider.
Products covered by warranty are subject to the conditions of the manufacturer, authorized agent, or approved service center.
Warranty coverage generally excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, liquids, unsuitable electricity, or unauthorized repairs.
Customers must not place fraudulent orders, use unauthorized payment methods, interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or copy its content for commercial purposes.
We may suspend accounts or cancel orders where fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity is suspected.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Iraq. We will first seek to resolve complaints through Customer Support, without limiting the customer’s right to approach the appropriate authorities or courts.
